DISPUTES:

In the event of a dispute between the Hotel and the Client, the two sides will endeavour to find an amicable solution.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the Client has the option of referring the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman to whom the Hotel reports, namely the Association des Médiateurs Européens (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint being sent to the Hotel.

The referral to the consumer ombudsman must be made:

- either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-ame.com ;

- or by sending a letter to AME CONSO, 11 Place Dauphine - 75001 PARIS. "
